T.F.E. Dry Film Mold Release

An economical release that provides excellent anti-stick properties and leaves a thin, dry film.  Film will not transfer to finished parts.

• Contains PTFE
  
• Non-silicone formula
• Provides multiple releases per application
• Will not harm most plastics or attack rubber paints or metals
• Compatible with most urethanes and styrenes, moldable resins and elastomeric compounds
• Will not interfere with post-finishing operations; parts can be painted, stenciled, hot stamped, glued, plated, or otherwise decorated
• Heat stable up to 500°F (260°C)
• Meets MIL-L-60326 MU Type II performance requirements
  
• Spray-Any-Way valve allows product to be applied in either upright or upside down position

Applications:  nylon, rubber, foam, some plastics, metal phenolic resins, filament windings, epoxy potting and encapsulating, polypropylenes, polystyrenes, and polyurethanes.
